How It Works: Steps to Get Your iCARD

1. Select Your Card Type:
• Browse our collection and choose your desired iCARD option (Standard, Customized, Metal Black, Metal Gold or Metal Silver or Wood).

2. Profile Creation:
• Our team will create your online profile with admin access to manage your card details. Access is provided for a lifetime.

3. Design Confirmation:
• We’ll prepare the final design draft and share it with you for approval, If the client already has their own design, our team will strictly follow it during production.

4. Production Process:
• Once approved, your card will go into production, which takes just one day or on same day.

5. Delivery Options:
 You can choose to:
• Collect your card from our warehouse in Dubai or Sharjah.
• Receive it via courier:
• Inside the UAE: AED 30 delivery charge.
• Outside the UAE: Delivery charges will be calculated, and we’ll confirm the cost with you for approval (normally between 40 AED – 60 AED for international shipping)

6. Card Activation:
• Your card will arrive fully activated and ready to use.
• For iPhone: Simply tap the card on the top part of your phone.
• For Android: Ensure NFC is enabled, then tap the card on the back of your phone for instant activation.

7. Editing Card Information:
• To update your card details: • Visit www.icard.ae.
• Log in with your username and password.
• Update your personal or business details and click “Submit.” Your changes will reflect instantly.
